Cancellation Policy
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
๐ณ There is a 50% CANCELLATION FEE for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This is considered a late cancellation.
๐ซ There is a 75% no-call no-show fee for clients who no-call no-show their scheduled appointment. Your service provider will follow-up with you.
โณ A 15-minute grace period is given, after you are 15-minutes late the service provider has a choice to deny your service and your appointment will be cancelled, resulting to late cancellation fees.
๐ฒ If you are going to be late to your appointment, please let your provider know, as we still may be able to accommodate you.
While we completely understand that unexpected situations will happen, our policy requires us to follow cancellation and no-call no-show fees.
